Development Control
The Parish Council is a statutory consultee on all planning applications. These are considered at Parish Council meetings and any comments submitted to the Borough Council for consideration. However, the final decision is made by Cheshire East Council, or the planning inspectorate if any application goes to an appeal.

Neighbourhood Plan
